Batman Guide Part 1

For decades, DC Comics had artist Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez constantly update a "style guide" that other artists to use as a guide for how to draw DC's most famous characters. It was used for new artists at DC but most commonly it would be used for companies who wanted to license DC Comics characters for their products. Here is the 1982 color guide (Garcia-Lopez also created black and white versions for each drawing) for Batman and his friends and foes (all pieces inked by Dick Giordano, with logos by Todd Klein). Thanks to the Jose Luis-Garcia Lopez Facebook Fan Page for posting the entire guide!

Here is Garcia-Lopez's main guide for how to draw Batman.
